    • Lift-out ledge assemblies and control console for ease of cleaning.
    • Side-to-side airflow pattern provides greater consistency of temperature and humidity with faster recovery.
    • Casters are 5” wear resistant, easy roll polyurethane, two with brakes.
    • Condensate pan catches any excess moisture before it reaches the floor.
    • In higher volume operations with more frequent serving applications (door openings) the insulated cabinet may be the choice due to its faster recovery. The insulated cabinets are, of course, more energy-efficient and although the initial investment is higher, they are better value over time.
